Fallobst is a small food business located in Bridgetown, the Southern Forest region of Western Australia. Working in kitchens since the age of 16, Will has worked, lived and traveled extensively all over the world. From completing his appreticeship in Germany,to working the kitchens in the remote parts of the scottish highlands, sailing ships cruising the canary islands, waterfront bistros in New Zealand, to busy city restaurants in Australia..His skill and profession enabled him to work and travel for the good part of 10 years to almost 20 countries where he learned about new culutres, palces and customs.Growing up in a small village in east germany surrounded by the rural life and german traditions, Will maintained a strong connection with his roots while traveling. From an early age he watched his grandparents (who have been working in Farming and Agricultural Industry) put in the hard work to grow crops and raise lifestock.to his parents having
